The construction of a new carpark, a district level playground, associated picnic and BBQ facilities with shelters. Also included in the works was the design, construction, delivery and installation of a single cubicle, prefabricated, unisex, vandal resistant, PWD public toilet block. Works included but were not limited to:
Earthworks for new carpark and concrete paths and leisure areas
Design of shelters & toilet block
Construction of picnic & play facilities, civil works, car park and new toilet block
Service connections to sewer stub and property pole
Certification and building approval
Reinstatement of all disturbed areas and landscaping, vegetation and roadside furniture including signs
Stonework feature block walls for seating.
